【本社讯 驻纽约记者刘藩 刘闻益】2022年9月19号，在迎接联合国和平日到来的盛大时日，联合国大会在美国纽约正式开幕，约150多个国家首脑齐聚一堂。当天下午纽约拉丁美洲社区哥伦比亚新当选的总统古斯塔沃·佩特罗，特地到皇后区法院广场对支持他竞选投票的美国社区的哥伦比亚居民和侨民，举办了感谢会并做了动情讲演。

古斯塔沃·佩特罗出生在盛产棉花和牛的加勒比大草原。他的父亲是学校教师，母亲是民族主义政党的成员。年少时的佩特罗好奇心很重，经常去参加工会会议，并在17岁时加入了一个以城市、民族主义和社会民主为宗旨的游击队。尽管出身“左翼团体”，佩特罗个人经历让他的政策似乎“更为温和”，致力于追求国家之间、不同政党间、社会不同阶层之间得和谐发展。他的政策主张对话，强调与对手“拥抱”，寻求和解与结束暴力，提出“在不同党派之间达成共识，以实现人人梦想的和平”的主张。在竞选纲领中他提议对哥伦比亚经济进行彻底改革，以改变作为世界上最不平等的国家的地位。在这次竞选中，佩特罗承诺严厉打击腐败，对富人和大企业加税，建立造福低收入阶层的社会保障制度，而且要和反政府武装“民族解放军”和谈（该组织被美国认定为恐怖组织），改变以往政府打击毒品犯罪和相关暴力的策略，照顾种植古柯的农民的利益等。

值得注意的是，本次感谢会邀请了诸位政界、商界名人参加，组织者之一的拉丁美洲商会特别邀请了16岁的美籍亚裔高中生、全球未来领袖组织（GFLO）少年大使Harmony Liu，代表GFLO与华裔参加欢迎会，同时也作为美国国会电视台ACTV的记者身份参加现场采访，成为本次会议中最年轻的学生代表与记者。

作为全球未来领袖青少年小大使，Harmony一直积极关注世界范围内贫困国家与地区的儿童的医疗与教育问题，尤其对事关全人类可持续发展的全球环境问题表现出格外关心，并一直坚持以青少年的立场为全球环保问题发声，曾在2021年，就日本广岛和废水事件致信于联合国全球传播部，代表美国青少年参加联合国气候大会COP26线上发言，荣获白宫志愿者金奖；2022年6月5日环保日，再次代表美国学生参加联合国水保护高峰会的讲演。作为一名高中生Harmony从小热爱写作，她一直坚持、并有志于通过写作传达青少年的声音，表达青少年对社会问题的关注与责任。最近，她一篇鼓励青少年意志的诗歌被美国著名青少年励志出版《Empower》杂志社发表。2021初年疫情严重泛滥之际，Harmony Liu作为志愿者参加了拉丁美洲商会、洛克非勒与WHF捐赠30万口罩给哥伦比亚等慈善行动。

古斯塔沃·佩特罗总统在联合国77 届大会的讲演对世界和平、抗击全球温化、保护亚马孙生态、哥伦比亚改革与建设、加强教育与增加贫困人民收入等问题都做出创新性的规划。
